FILM SUMMARY
In the city of Argenteuil (suburbs of Paris), the very famous teacher Jean-Marie Petitclerc runs the Valdocco, an association dealing with troubled children and adolescents, with great success.
Some outstanding students, from the very prestigious french University Ecole Polytechnique, spend eight months with Jean-Marie Petitclerc into the popular housing estates in the city of Argenteuil to carry out their civil service as "street teachers".
Those "polytechniciens" students play the roles of "brothers” and “sisters" toward the adolescents, in order to reverse the negative spiral trend towards juvenile delinquency there.
